The location is very nice, and the department store is adjacent to the hotel, so if you want to go shopping, it is within proximity. There is a local night market within walking distance for Taiwanese food, but the big night market near the Love River will need taxi to get there. The staff is very knowledgeable about the location and what to do around.

This five-star hotel has a great location. Brand name shops downstairs. lots of good restaurants upstairs and a food court downstair. We love it. The view of the harbor is wonderful! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. in 2 block is a new street train. easy to get around. The spa is wonderful and relaxing.

Booked the hotel for my parents to celebrate their 56th wedding anniversary travel to Taiwan. The hotel made a special effort to have a simple decoration in their room and gave them a card. Room had a beautiful harbour view. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay. They commented it is indeed a Grand hotel.

The service is nice, also the facility and room are clean. The room is same as the picture on the hotel’s website. The most impressive one is the sauna! Better than any hotels that I’ve stay in Taiwan.

The hotel was immaculate and well appointed. The staff was helpful and professional, and most had a high level of English--very helpful for us! Breakfast buffet was excellent; something for everyone, whether Asian or Western.

Great room and the staff were generally friendly. The breakfast box sent to my room (because i was within 21 days of arriving to Taiwan) was very tasty.
