The location is very nice, and the department store is adjacent to the hotel, so if you want to go shopping, it is within proximity. There is a local night market within walking distance for Taiwanese food, but the big night market near the Love River will need taxi to get there. The staff is very knowledgeable about the location and what to do around.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. There were some booking issues with our reservation and they upgraded us for free to even better rooms. The rooms were great with outstanding views. The only problem was the moisture level was high in both rooms and we had to request dehumidifiers to clean the air. They delivered the dehumidifier very fast and that was a plus. The breakfast was luxurious and we are very satisfied with our stay. Will definitely book again.

This five-star hotel has a great location. Brand name shops downstairs. lots of good restaurants upstairs and a food court downstair. We love it. The view of the harbor is wonderful! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. in 2 block is a new street train. easy to get around. The spa is wonderful and relaxing.

Everything about this hotel, was to a very high standard. My favourite parts was the spa, the facilities were one of the best I have ever used. The top floor has a buffet lounge, which was absolutely amazing, an incredible selection of foods from all across asia was presented. The staff were so nice, and helpful.

Booked the hotel for my parents to celebrate their 56th wedding anniversary travel to Taiwan. The hotel made a special effort to have a simple decoration in their room and gave them a card. Room had a beautiful harbour view. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay. They commented it is indeed a Grand hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. 10 minute walk to Central Park, the MTR and local shops and restaurants. Hotel has its own lovely dining too as well as a great swimming pool. Rooms are large and well equipped.

The service is nice, also the facility and room are clean. The room is same as the picture on the hotel’s website. The most impressive one is the sauna! Better than any hotels that I’ve stay in Taiwan.
